Simplicity 4189; ca. 1961; Teens' and Juniors' Pajamas in two Lengths and Sleepcoat: "Simple to Make". Sleepcoat and pajama tops feature convertible collar, front button closing, set-in sleeves and patch pocket. V. 1 and 2 have long sleeves gathered to wristbands. V. 1 has shaped lower edges and lace edging trim. V. 2 has bias tape trim and slit openings at lower edges of side seams. Long pants V. 2 and short pants V. 3 have elastic in casing at waistline. V. 3 top has short sleeves and slit openings at side seams.
