Simplicity 4200 early 1960s

Toddlers' Overall & Smock in Two Lengths, Transfer Included. Smock, V.1 & 2, has collar, patch pockets, front button closing and long raglan sleeves with elastic in casings forming self ruffles. V.1 has applique and rick-rack trim. Shorter length V.3 smock features front button closing, short raglan sleeves and contrasting collar and cuffs of overalls fabric. Overalls have elastic in casing at back waistline and suspenders buttoned to bib front. Inner leg seams may be stitched or fastened with hammer-on-metal fasteners.
