Simplicity 4221 circa 1953. Misses' Two-Piece Suit Dress: The top is double breasted, sleeves cut in one with bodice and a peplum is joined to the waistline and is slit at the sides. View 1 has three-quarter sleeves with cuffs. View 2 has short sleeves and a small standing collar. The slim skirt has a pleat at lower edge of center back and pockets are featured in side seams.
