Simplicity 4228; c. 1953; Fitted bodice has a center front button closing and a small shaped collar. The full skirt is gathered at waistline on each side of center front & back. Pockets in side seams are optional. View 1 has short shaped sleeves, collar and sleeve edges re trimmed with bias. View 2 is sleeveless with cuffed armhole trim. Collar and armhole are trimmed with lace edging.
