"Fitted bodice features a low, rounded neckline. Sleeves are cut in one with bodice. full skirt is flared. View 1 has elbow length sleeves gathered at both shoulder and underarm seams. View 2 neckline is cut lowr in back and finished with contrasting band. Tie belt is same fabric as band. Petticoat is flared with two gathered ruffles sewn to inside."
