Simplicity4286b

Simplicity 4286; ca. 1942; A notched collar finishes the neckline, and tucks at the shoulder assure an easy fit. Inverted pleat: front and back create action-room in the skirt, and bodice and skirt are joined to an inset belt. Make the sleeves short or three-quarter length. Extended shoulders point up the jerkin, and the waistline is marked with an inset belt at the sides and back. Bound pockets trim the fronts.
