1942: The bodice of the dress is softly gathered below the yoke extensions which form a heart shaped neckline, and in Style 2, lace edging outlines the yoke. In Style 1, a row of tiny buttons travel from neckline to waist. The skirt is nicely flared and joins the bodice at the narrow waistline under a belt. Make it with ¾ sleeves or short, gathered sleeves, daintily trimmed with lace. Sleeve stiffening is used, 9” side zipper opening. Note the use of sheer fabrics for the green view!
