Simplicity 4462; c. 1942; Child’s Two-piece Pajamas: the blouse is gathered to yokes and the fronts lap and button. Style 1 has long sleeves, patch pockets and a small pointed collar. In Style 2, the sleeves are short and the heart-shaped pockets and collar are outlined in rick rack braid. The trousers are secured with elastic at the back of the waistline.
