Simplicity 4484; ca. early 1940s; Child's Jumper, Skirt and Blouse. The blouse buttons down the front and is finished with a small, round collar. The sleeves may be long or short. The skirt, gathered at the upper edge, may be finished with suspenders. In Style I, smart patch pockets trim the skirt front.
Note: while not mentioned on the pattern envelope, this appears to correspond to adult style Simplicity 4496.
