Simplicity 4583; ca. 1960s; Girls' One-Piece Dress: Dress has round neckline, set-in sleeves, full gathered skirt and back button closing. V. 1 has long sleeves gathered to fit wristbands, self fabric ruffles and button trim. V. 2 and 3 have 3/4 length sleeves fitted with elastic through casing forming self ruffles. V. 2 has embroidered galloon and button trim. V. 3 has rick-rack and button trim.
