Simplicity 4648; ca. early 1960s; Misses' Action Back Shirt and Skirt in Two Lengths: Shirt has straight collar, set-in sleeves, front button closing and a pleat at each back shoulder seam. V. 1 has long sleeves pleated to fit wristbands, top-stitching detail and may be monogrammed. V. 2 and 3 sleeves roll up to form cuffs. Flared skirt features an inverted pleat at centers front and back and has side zipper closing. V. 1 pleats are stop-stitched and V. 3 skirt is above-the-knee length.
