Simplicity 4670; ©1943; Child's Dress and Playsuit. The front yoke of the dress may be gathered or smocked. A small collar trimmed with dainty lace finishes the neck. The tiny puffed sleeves may also be lace trimmed. The playsuit is finished with a bib and suspenders which button in the back. Trim with a pocket and purchased ruffling.
