Simplicity 4679; ca. 1962; This envelope contains pattern pieces and instructions for inside pillow covers to be used over foam or urethane forms. If preferred the covers may be stuffed with shredded foam. The bolster is stuffed with cotton batting or wadding. Instructions are also given for cutting, sewing and smocking the cafe curtains and outside pillow covers, made of 35" gingham with 1" wide checks.
