The blouse of Style I is gathered to a neck band gaily trimmed with rick-rack. the soft gathered skirt front has pockets in the seams which are also trimmed with rick-rack. The blouse of Style II buttons down the front. A drawstring neckline, finished with a ruffle, brings the fulness to the front of the blouse. The skirt is finished with drawstring pockets."
