Simplicity 4699; ca. early 1940s; Misses' and Women's Dress The waist is softly gathered at the front neck edge and finished with raglan sleeves. The skirt is tucked in the front and slimly dart fitted in the back. A banding finishes the neckline of Style I and ties in a bow. The neck edge and sleeves of Style II are bound with bias fold tape. A purchased belt may be used.
