Simplicity 4710; 1940s; Misses' and Women's Dress: the short sleeve is cut as part of the waist section. An inset belt joins the softly gathered edge at the waist and skirt. The heart-shaped neck and sleeves of Style 1 are trimmed with a self-fabric ruffle. Style II is finished with a high neck edge. A gay flower is drawn through an opening in the belt.

Also issued as a pattern for 12 1/2 Mannequin Doll.
