Simplicity 4711; ca. 1963; Lower crown of hat is smocked, upper crown is plain. Hat is lined and has band at lower edge. Scarf is lined and smocked to within about 3½" of each end. Smocked bag is lined and may have pearls sewn over each smocking stitch.
