Simplicity 4734; ca. 1963; Misses' and Women's Action Back Shirt: Shirt has a notched type collar, raglan sleeves, a pleat each side of center back for more freedom of movement and front button closing. V. 1 has long sleeves pleated to wristbands and optional top stitching detail on collar. V. 2 has short sleeves with notch detail, patch pocket and may have top stitching detail or braid trim.
