Simplicity 4743; ca. 1940s; Girls' Skirt and Blouse: The smartly pleated skirt is attached to a waist band. Style I is finished with suspenders which cross in the back. Style II has four belt carriers for a narrow purchased belt. The blouse is softly gathered in the front to a shoulder extension and the waistline is tucked in the front and back. Style I is finished with a convertible collar and long sleeves. Style II is trimmed with dainty lace edging.
