Simplicity 4857; ca. 1943; Misses' One-Piece Dress. The becomming one-piece dress, with a torso length top, is smartly gathered at the front upper edge and at the waistline. The top is finished with a front-button opening. The skirt has three gores in the back and the skirt front is softly gathered to the top. The contrasting top of Style I, features a V neckline and fringe trimming. Style II is trimmed with self-pleating and the flattering neckline has a scalloped effect.
