Vintage 1940s dress pattern from Penelope Rose at Artfire (3)

Simplicity 4867; ©1944; Misses and Women's Dress:  The waist buttons down the front and the skirt is cut in six pieces. The set-in waistband is pointed in the front and gathers finish the waist and skirt.  In Style I, scalloped edges outline the neck, waist front, short sleeves and pockets.  Style II has long fitted sleeves and a bow trims the left shoulder.
