Simplicity 4890; ©1943; Misses' and Women's Blouse and Skirt in Day and Evening Lengths. Style I blouse, finished with a round, low neckline, is gathered back and front and bound with self binding. A velvet bow trims the neckline. The long sleeves are gathered to a wrist band. The four-piece skirt, attractively styled with a built-up waistline, is day length. The blouse in Style II is made with short puff sleeves, finished with self binding. The skirt is evening length.
