Simplicity 4891; ©1943; Child's Dress and Panties: The skirt, gathered to the fitted bodice, features piping at the waistline seam, two pockets and tie ends which fasten in the back. The waist is finished with a front button opening and a pointed collar. Style I is trimmed with self-ruffling and a blanket stitch of embroidery thread outlines the collar. Style II is fashioned with purchased ruffling and a contrasting collar and Style II is finished with rick-rack ....front and the back is gathered to a buttoned waistband. 13 pieces.
