Simplicity 4912; ca. early to mid 1960s; Sub-Teens' Wrap-Around Skirt and Blouse: Four gore skirt has two shaped pockets. Waistline, pockets, back and lower edges are detailed 1/4" top-stitching. Tie ends are sewn to upper back edges and slipped through belt carriers at side seams and tie in front. V. 1 Blouses has a narrow stand-up collar, set-in sleeves rolled up to form cuffs, and contrasting stitching. V. 2 Blouse is sleeveless.
