1944. MISSES' DRESS: The waist is styled with tucks at the center front seam and a bow trims the low, shaped neckline. The skirt is seamed at the center front and back. Style I is finished with short, cap sleeves. Bands trim the neckline of Style II and the dress is finished with a tie belt and three-quarter length sleeves.
