Simplicity 4969; ca. 1963; Child's and Girls' One-Piece Dress, Pants, Blouse, Top and Scarf: Dress has faced, sleeveless bodice, low rounded neckline, back button closing and full gathered skirt. Tie-ends are sewn to side seams. V. 3 may be braid-trimmed. Top has short set-in sleeves and front button closing. Blouse may be top-stitched. 3/4 length pants have elastic in back of waistband. Scarf is worn on head or at neckline.
