Simplicity 5209, Copyright 1981, Child's and Girls' Blouse: Button front gathered to forward shoulder seams has set in sleeves gathered to armholes and to buttoned cuffs. V 1 and 2 have long sleeves. V 1 has pointed collar and optional lace edging. V 2 has purchased lace collar and ribbon bow. V 3 and 4 have short sleeves. V 3 has "Peter Pan" collar and picot edging. V 4 has stand up collar.
