The Quilting Bee Today: The pretty bias skirt, also lined to the edge, with contrasting color, is appliqued wih various size circles. It is quilted on the straight grain of the fabric for a diagonal motif, except for the appliqued circles - these are quilted around their edges, & centers of the larger ones are quilted with the tradional Dresden Plate motif.
