Simplicity 5244; ©1963; This envelope contains the pattern pieces for a set of smocked pillows, blue transfers for smocking and detailed instructions for the three pillows described below: Each pillow consists of an inside pillow cover (of plain fabric) and an outside pillow cover which is smocked. The square and round pillow covers may be stuffed with foam rubber forms or foam rubber shreddies. The bolster is stuffed with cotton batting or wadding or if you prefer, a foam form may be used.
