Simplicity 5537; ©1964; Misses' Jumper or Dress and Blouse: Dress or jumper features a yoke front, a high round neckline and a back zipper closing. A self fabric belt worn in back buttons to side seams. Belt and top-stitching trim are optional. Blouse features a bias roll collar and back button closing. Long sleeves gather to cuffs and fasten with buttons.
