Simplicity 5603; ©1964; Child's and Girls' Jiffy Smock or Apron:  Simple-to-Sew. The A line smock or apron fastens in back with matching tie bows. High round neckline, kimono sleeves and patch pockets of different color fabric are other features. V. 1 has three pockets sleeves are below elbow length. V. 2 has two pockets; sleeves are short.
