Simplicity 6045; ca. 1983; Girls' Blouse, Skirt and Petticoat: Blouse has front button band, self ruffle gathered to front yoke and set-in sleeves gathered to armhole and to buttoned cuffs. V. 1 and 2 have long sleeves and tie collar. V. 3 has short sleeves, neck band with self ruffle, and lace edging. Skirt gathered to waistband has front button band closing and self ruffle. Petticoat has elastic waistline casing, lower ruffle and lace edging.
