Simplicity 6187; ©1973; Girls' Unlined Shirt-Jacket and Pants: The top-stitched unlined shirt-jacket V.1 & 2 with contrasting yoke has front band button closing, shirt type collar, patch pockets with slits in side seams. V. 1 has long set-in sleeves, pleated to sleeves band. V. 2 has short set-in sleeves with turn back cuffs. The top-stitched pants V 1, 2, & 3 have front zipper and waistband. The seam line at upper edge of pants front and back is 1 1/4" below the normal waistline.

Suggested Fabrics: denim, chino, poplin, gingham, seersucker, cotton sateen, broadcloth, canvas, duck, linen, lightweight wool, wool flannel, gabardine, tweed, double knit. Pants and shirt-jacket also in pinwale corduroy, brushed denim.
