Simplicity 6403; ©1966; Misses' Two-Piece Dress: Skirt with waistband and side zipper is gathered in front; fitted with darts in back. Top is double breasted. Shorter top V. s 1 & 2 features short set-in sleeves, collar, welts and optional top-stitching. V. 2 skirt and collar contrast top and sleeves. Longer, sleeveless top V. 3 has self-fabric buttoned belt and collar with top-stitching trim.
