Simplicity 6473; ©1984; Child's Shirt in Two Lengths: Top-stitched front buttoned shirt has yoke forming forward shoulder seams, notched collar, set-in sleeves and patch pockets. V. 1 has short sleeves with turn back cuffs and buttoned pocket flaps. V. 2 has long sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs. V. 3 and 4 have short sleeves with stitched hems. V. 3 slightly below waist length, has side slits, contrasting collar and pocket band.
