Simplicity 6494; ©1974; Child's and Girls' Set of Skirts: The top-stitched skirt V. 1 with side yokes and pocket has back zipper, back elastic encased in waistband and purchased belt slipped through self fabric carriers. V. 2 and 3 with side zipper have back elastic encased in waistband. V. 2 has inverted pleats in side front and back seams. Bias skirt V. 3 is flared.

Suggested fabrics: Double knit, polyester knit, lightweight wool, wool flannel, herringbone, tweed, gabardine, homespun, cotton, pique, denim, linen. View 1 also in corduroy, brushed denim.
Additional notions required: thread, seam binding or stretch lace, 6” neckline zipper. View 1 – 1” wide belt.
The pattern has 13 pieces and 1 instruction sheet.
