Simplicity 6691; ©1966; Teens' and Juniors' Skirt in Two Lengths, Blouse, Hat and Stockings: Blouse with back zipper has slightly lowered neckline and long set-in sleeves. Collarless V. 1 has optional purchased belt. V. 2 has bias roll-type collar. V. 1 & 2 blouse and stockings and V. 2 hat are suitable for knit and jersey fabrics only. Blouse has been made smaller than our regular blouse pattern. Skirt made to be worn 2" below normal waistline, is without waistband and has side zipper. V. 2 with self carriers and purchased belt is 3" shorter than V. 1.
