Simplicity 7420; ©1986; Misses' Dress and Jacket: The strapless dress can be made ankle or evening length. The skirt is full and gathered to a fitted bodice at the waistline seam and has a back zipper and attached sash. It can also be made with a skirt overlay with lace trim or self ruffles. The lace trimmed jacket is lined with net or tulle.
