1976. Toddler's Jumper in Two Lengths, Blouse and Detachable Apron: The blouse with long sleeves has elastic neck and sleeve casings forming self ruffles. The jumper with skirt front gathered to bib above normal waistline has back elastic casing, suspenders and optional top-stitching. V1 has eyelet edging trim. V2 has an eyelet edging trimmed apron. V3 is trimmed with rick-rack and eyelet edging.
