Simplicity 8046; ©1968; Misses' and Women's Housecoat or Smock: The housecoat or smock with notched collar and set in sleeves can be made with front button closing or with decorative snap fasteners. V. 1 and 2 have optional tie belt. V. 1 with short sleeves has one patch pocket trimmed with daisy medallions and rick rack. Embroidered eyelet trim. V. 2 and smock . V3 with long sleeves gathered to snapped cuffs have two patch pockets. Pants are not included in this pattern.
