1970's Simplicity 8148 Vintage Sewing Pattern Misses' Blouses: Blouses with front slash opening and self ties have long set-in sleeves. V. 1 & 2 with eyelet edging and shirt-tail hem have optional drawstring waistline casing. V. 1 with cape type collar has sleeve casings with drawstring forming ruffles. V. 2 has "Peter-Pan" collar. Lace trimmed V. 3 with bias bound neckline has drawstring waistline casing. V. 2 & 3 have elastic sleeve casings.
