V. 3 and 4 with optional button trim and self fabric tie belt have long bell shaped sleeves with godet. V. 3 has lace edging trim. V. 4 has metallic novelty trim. Button trimmed V. 5 with short sleeves gathered at armholes may be worn with a purchased belt.
