The wrap-skirt without waistband has elastic casing at back waistline and fastens in front with buttons and buttonholes. The lined cape with arm openings has "stand-up" collar and patch pockets with optional button trim. Cape may be fastened with buttons and buttonholes or with chain and button closings.
