Simplicity 8843; ©1978; Child’s Lined Dress in Two Lengths: Dress V. 1, 2 or 3 has skirt gathered to bodice above normal waistline, back zipper, set-in sleeves gathered to armhole and ribbon tie belt. V. 1 and 2 are trimmed with ribbon. Eyelet trimmed V. 1 has long sleeves with elastic casings. V. 2 and 3 have “Peter-Pan” collar and short sleeves with sleeve bands. V. 1 and 3 are long length. Regular length V. 2 features overskirt.

Suggested fabrics: cotton types – eyelet, broadcloth. Sheers – embroidered organza, dotted swiss, batiste. Silk types.

Additional notions: thread, seam binding or stretch lace (optional), 30cm zipper, 1” wide ribbon for tie belt. VIEW 1 – four 1cm buttons.

The pattern has 14 pieces and 1 instruction sheet.
