Simplicity 9128; ©1979; Boys' Shirt And Reversible Vest: Top-stitched shirt has front bands, yokes, forward shoulder seams, collar and collar band, long set-in sleeves pleated into cuffs and shirt tail hem. Front and cuffs fasten with buttons of snap fasteners. V. 1, 2 & 3 have flaps fastened to pockets with buttons or snap fasteners. V. 4 has contrasting yokes, collar and cuffs. Reversible vest has optional top-stitching.
