Simplicity 9130; ©1970; Childs Jiffy Dress and Vest – The dress with back zipper has high round neckline, set-in sleeves and lace edging trim. V. 1 has short puff sleeves with elastic casing. V. 2 has long sleeves. The lined vest with “V” shaped neckline has ribbon tie ends. V. 1 features patch pockets. V. 2 has picot edging when vest is made of crochet-like fabric.
Suggested fabrics: Poplin, pique, cotton sateen, linen, homespun, hopsacking, canvas, double knit, polyester knit, wool flannel. Dress View 1 and 2 also in velveteen, pinwhale corduroy. Vest View 2 also in crochet-like fabric.
Notions required: Thread. Dress View 1 and 2 – Seam binding or stretch lace, 12” neckline zipper.
