Simplicity 9136; ©1970; Child's and Girls' Puritan, Centennial, 18th and 19th Century Costumes: The collarless, ankle length dress with gathered skirt stitched to V at waistline bodice has back zipper and set in sleeves. V1 and 2 with high short sleeves. V1 with eyelet edging and button trim has contrasting bonnet. V2 has contrasting apron, hat and detachable collar. V3 with drape has pleated ruffling. V4 with eyelet edging and ribbon bows is worn with a circular cap.
Reissued in 1980 as Simplicity 9516.

Pattern 9136 has been reissued several times, with different pattern numbers, but the same artwork. Then, it has been reissued several more times either the same or with only minor alterations and new photographs rather than artwork of the outfits.
