Simplicity 9421; ©1971; Young Junior/Teens' Hip Hugger Pants in Two Lengths, Overblouse, Midriff Top and Sash: The midriff top V. 1 and the overblouse V. 2 have low round neckline, set-in sleeves gathered with elastic casings and elastic casing below bustline. V. 1 has back button closing an short puff sleeves. V. 2 has back zipper and long sleeves. The short hip-hugger pants V. 1 and the long hip-hugger pants V. 2 with back zipper are made to be worn 1 1/2" below normal waistline. V. 1 pants feature sash of top fabric slipped thru self fabric carriers. V. 2 pants are bell-bottom.
