Simplicity S-133

Simplicity S-133; ca. early 1960s; Misses’ Nightgown in Two Lengths, Panties and Knickers: All views have a square neckline, and are sleeveless. Ruffling trims outer edge of yoke and lower edge of gown. V. 1 has self ruffling. V. 2 and V. 3 are trimmed with eyelet edging. Pants have elastic casing at waistline and leg edges. V. 2 features short top and knee length knickers. V. 3 has short panties with top as V. 2.

Fabric required: Nightgown – 3 7/8 yards, Top and Knickers – 3 ½ yards, Top and Panties – 2 ¾ yards, all of 36” wide. Suggested fabrics: cottons, batiste, challis, seersucker, percale, rayons, silks, synthetic blends. Additional notions required: thread, bias seam binding or bias fold tape, 1 ¾ yards of ¼” wide elastic, 8 ¾ yards of embroidered eyelet edging.
