Spadea American Designer Pattern 1352; ca. late 1950s or early 1960s; Toni Owen - The cleverly designed skirt of this two-piece split level dress is "Scissored pleated" - which translated means overlapping panels with shaped inverted box pleats in between. The unlined jacket has raglan sleeves and a collared neckline set low and away.
